What Size Pot is Best for Sous Vide?
It is tough to give a blanket answer for this question – a lot of it is going to depend on how much you plan on cooking.
Not only in terms how the amount of people eating, but also the types of food you will be putting in your sous vide pot.
If you are cooking for a family, ideally you will be using a large container. If not, try to get as large of a pot as possible, at least 10 quarts.
