KitchenBoss G300 Sous Vide Features
The KitchenBoss sous vide is an IPX7 waterproof immersion circulator that comes with a temperature range of 104ºF to 194ºF. It holds temperature to a consistency of within 1ºF, which is just okay. Most cooks aren’t going to be impacted by this, but if you’re doing a steak at 129ºF, this may not be the safest option.
The KitchenBoss sous vide is one of the largest immersion circulators that we reviewed. Not only is it heavier than most models, but it’s also a bit tricky to clamp onto your sous vide pot. However, it comes with a two-pin clamp system that does allow for it to be clamped. It just takes a little time getting used to.
It’s also a simple immersion circulator. There’s no WiFi or Bluetooth connectivity. You adjust the time and temperature on the KitchenBoss sous vide itself.

KitchenBoss Sous Vide Review Conclusion
I liked the KitchenBoss G300 Sous Vide Immersion Circulator. It’s a good offering around the $89.99 price point. I think you’d be happy if you purchased it. I would caution cooking at the 129ºF mark, but anything other that is fine.
Around this price point, I would check out the Anova Nano and Gramercy. They’re the same price, but built a bit better.
But as I said, I don’t think you’d be unhappy with the KitchenBoss G300 sous vide.
