Inkbird ISV-100W Sous Vide Features
The ISV-100W sous vide is the first sous vide machine offered by Inkbird. Primarily known for their cooking temperature controllers, it makes sense that sous vide would be their next foray.
And because of that, it’s no surprise that the Inkbird ISV-100W sous vide has an incredibly accurate temperature. In fact, it’s one of the most accurate sous vide machines available.
With the Inkbird Smart app, you’re able to control and monitor your sous vide cooking no matter where you are. The app, while not required to use, is very intuitive and available on both iPhone and Android.
If you don’t want to use the app, you can easily set the time and temperature on the device itself. The Inkbird ISV-100W sous vide’s LCD display and buttons are very easy to use.
The menu app for the Inkbird does include some recipes, although it is not that extensive. Once you get this setup to the home wifi on your phone or Wifi it works well in a simple fashion. The machine is quiet and circulates water well.

Inkbird ISV-100W Sous Vide Review Conclusion
The Inkbird ISV-100W sous vide is a nice mid-priced sous vide machine offering. However, for roughly the same price, you can have the Anova Nano and Gramercy Cooker. We’d go with either of those.
However, I definitely don’t think you would be unhappy with the Inkbird ISV-100W Sous Vide.

Heats up quickly, keeps temp well, very…very quiet. Wi-fi app works great (needs 2.4 Ghz network). It also has a calibration function where you can adjust and match the temp on the unit to the temp of an accurite instant read thermometer. Never saw that before. Works great. Love it. Controls are both on the unit itself, and on the app. As I said, it is very quiet as well. Nice circulator for good price.”
