Disadvantages of the Product


A number of users stated that it took too much time for the water to reach the temperature that had been set. Because high temperatures are normally used, and the water container can hold a lot of water, it is going to take a bit of time for any suvee machine to heat the water.

A small number of users commented that when they tried to cook large items, such as joints of meat, the Supreme Water Oven would keep reheating the water and cycling to get to the correct temperature. We did not experience this problem.

This was not a problem for us, but some users did report that they found using the timer and the other buttons on the control panel difficult. The buttons need to be pushed firmly, but once you get used to it this is not considered to be a major problem.
